'Mad Money' Lightning Round: Allscripts Is All Wrong

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money" Lightning Round Friday evening:

Allscripts Healthcare (MDRX) : "I say sell, sell, sell. I feel there's nothing there and I don't want you to touch it."

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (SPPI) : "I will bless it as a speculation only, not as an investment."

Duke Energy (DUK) : "Don't worry about the downgrade. You want to buy Duke. I like it very much."

Roundy's Supermarket (RNDY) : "It yields 7.2% and it's just off it's 52-week high."
