NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say on CNBC's "Squawk On The Street" Tuesday:

Cramer is not betting on a takeover at Electronic Arts , and he said he would be careful with Peabody Energy because coal is a declining commodity. EA closed up 1.2% at $17.77 while BTU rose 1% at $20.98.

He was upbeat on Alkermes , saying that stock is worth a lot more than it is selling for. But he's bearish on Schlumberger , a stock where he sees "no bottom." ALKS rose 3.8% to $23.46 and SLB rose 1% to $74.42.

Finally, Cramer gave the nod to Pepsico , which he deemed an inexpensive growth stock, but said it's time to sell Southwest Energy because the stock has run up big. PEP was up 1.4% at $78.92 but SWN fell 5 cents to $37.72.
