Portfolio: Companies complete re-branding
Philadelphia area employee benefits consulting companies Riverside Consulting Group and Valley Forge Benefits Consulting are re-branding as one company: Evolution Benefits Consulting.
While Riverside and Valley Forge have operated under the same ownership since 2006, the companies said the re-branding allows their combined clientele to benefit through consolidated databases, more intellectual capital, a broader portfolio of services and deeper resources with compliance and health care reform. Ownership, operations and staffing remain unchanged.
"As the employee benefits industry has evolved, so have we," said Jim DiGuiseppe, principal, Evolution Benefits Consulting, in announcing the re-branding. "We are confident about the value of our services for employers, and are honored to partner with them as we expertly navigate and strategize through this ever-changing marketplace."
The health care and group benefits consulting firm works with over 15 health care service organizations. It offers health care reform compliance, health care cost containment, proprietary annual benefits cycle, strategic consulting and underwriting analysis, prescription drug program coalitions, population health management, ancillary employee benefits, full-service benefits administration, employee communications and evolution health private exchange.
