NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- The 2012 NFL season is fast approaching, and whether you're a fan of the Super Bowl-winning New York Giants, the New England Patriots, or someone else, you'll want to enjoy all the highs (and lows) that football has to offer.

Once you've gotten all the snacks and drinks, and you've set up your big screen TV and surround system, you'll no doubt want to download some apps to enhance your pleasure watching every single NFL game. Then, of coure, there are all the recap shows and sports talk shows discussing and dissecting your favorite team.

Here are five apps from Apple's(AAPL) iTunes Store that you can download to make your 2012 NFL season experience more enjoyable, no matter what team you're a fan of.

Domino's Pizza

Of course you'll want to order wings for the game(s), and the free Domino's app for iPhone and iPad lets you do that, and much more.

The app allows you to order from almost any of the nearly 5,000 Domino's locations across the country. The Domino's app is also available on Google Play, Google's(GOOG) competitor to iTunes.

The app gives you a multitude of things to do with your order. You can build your own pizza, enter any coupons you might have, choose pick-up or delivery, all from the comfort of your couch. Upon ordering, you can even check the status of your feast, using the app's Tracker feature, which lets you see when your food is being made and finally, when it is out for delivery.

Domino shares have gained 3.12% year-to-date, under-performing the 11.13% gain of the S&P 500.

Yahoo! Fantasy Football

While you're mowing down on the wings, pizza, burgers and whatever else, you'll want to check on your Yahoo! fantasy teams, using Yahoo's(YHOO) free Fantasy Football Sports 2012 app.
