NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Nokia(NOK) shares climbed 2.55% to $2.41 in premarket trading on Friday, enjoying a modest rebound as investors digested the company's restructuring plan.

Microsoft(MSFT) shares crept up 0.27% to $29.42 before market open on Friday amid chatter that the software giant may be acquiring enterprise social network Yammer.

Neither Microsoft nor Yammer has yet responded to TheStreet's request for comment on this story.
