Audi Sees Big 'Upside' in US: CEO Scott Keogh
The survey reflects a long-time problem for Audi. Great styling and less than stellar reliability. Audi says that reputation is changing. Scott Keogh noted many of the problems now reported by Audi owners are smaller, issues (electronics, satellite navigation, etc), not the mechanical headaches that used to plague Audi.
Audi executives know they are riding a wave right now. Residual values are up, select models like the A4 and Q5 are hot sellers. And Audi's marketing in the U.S. has never been stronger. The question now is whether Audi can parlay growth and join America's leading luxury brands.
