Super PACs Show Labor for Obama, CEOs for Romney
NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Monthly filings by super PACs tell a fairly typical story: Labor unions for Barack Obama and CEOs for Mitt Romney.
The National Air Traffic Controllers Association PAC donated $1 million, which made it the largest April donor to Obama-backing super PAC Priorities USA action. Self-employed hedge fund manager John Kleinheinz sent the same amount to top the list of Romney-supporting super PAC Restore Our Future.

Priorities USA's second biggest donor in April was the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Pipe Fitting Industry at $250,000. The third largest donor was Masimo(MASI) Chief Executive Joseph Kiani who sent $100,000.
Opensecrets.com shows that most employees of Masimo, a medical technology company, have donated directly to the Masimo PAC. Obama has received $10,000 from various company employees, but only one -- Jon Coleman, president of marketing -- has donated directly to Romney's campaign at $250.
Bob Perry, CEO of Perry Homes in Houston, is a perennial Romney donor who in April sent another $750,000 to Restore Our Future. He has sent $4.7 million to the super PAC in this election cycle.
Limited Brands(LTD) CEO Leslie Wexner donated $250,000 to the super PAC, which tied him for the third biggest donation with Bain Capital Managing Director Stephen Zide and Select Medical Holdings(SEM) Executive Chairman Rocco Ortenzio.
