Masonic Pathways in Alma has been selected as one of The Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces for the second straight year.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners and recognizes a National list of Top Workplaces.

Originally called the Masonic Home and located in Grand Rapids, Masonic Pathways is celebrating its 100th year as a well-known and historical landmark of Gratiot County.

"We couldn't be more pleased," Cindy Bosley, Masonic Pathways CEO, said in a press release. "We were thrilled when we received this honor in 2011 and I think this second year is even more exciting. We know we have a great team of employees, and we like to think that they are as happy with us as we are with them, but it is very rewarding to have that assumption validated."

The Free Press published the complete list of Top Workplaces on Nov. 18. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, visit www.topworkplaces.com and www.workplacedynamics.com.
