Talk of ECB Bond Buying Plan Boosts European Shares: Hot Trends

GM has reports of 28 fires caused by the short-circuits, though it is unaware of any injuries related to the issue. The recall pertains to the Chevrolet Trailblazer, GMC Envoy, Buick Rainier, Isuzu Ascender and Saab 97-X SUVs from 2006 and 2007 in the U.S. and Canada.

According to the US. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, dealers will replace the power-window switch for free. Owners of affected vehicles will receive letters advising them on when to schedule appointments.

The NHTSA has been investigating the SUVs since February after receiving a number of complaints.
