Chelsea Groton Bank launches revamped website
Chelsea Groton Bank recently launched a revamped website as part of an advertising campaign that began last year.
The new site (www.chelseagroton.com) went live on Jan. 3, the Groton-based bank said in a press release. Updated signage and decor, new telecommunications equipment and other things will be rolled out in coming months, President and CEO Michael Rauh said.
The amount being spent on the campaign wasn’t disclosed.
The campaign, which includes a “freshened” logo and new radio, print and online ads, highlights Chelsea Groton’s mutual status. Other ideas being advanced in the advertising include “purpose” and “respect,” the bank said in its release.
“Because we’re a mutual bank, we answer to our customers, not shareholders,” Rauh said. “And mutual means our success is measured by the success and satisfaction of our customers.”
