The Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS, 106 Route 32, Franklin, will offer the 30 and 60 hour versions of its twelve-week real estate pre-licensing course “Principles & Practices” beginning Feb. 9.
Both courses will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and feature information on a number of topics including real estate law, brokerage, Connecticut real estate license law and regulations, financing, specialized fields of real estate practice, land use regulations and market analysis.
Cost for the 30 hour program is $280 per person and $490 per person for the sixty hour course. Registration is required.
