The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston has recently announced that Norwich-based Eastern Savings Bank has become a member of the Federal Reserve System.
The announcement was made Jan. 7. Eastern Savings Bank was made a member of the reserve system through the purchase of stock in the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
