NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say on CNBC's "Squawk On The Street" Friday:

Cramer said ImmunoGen (IMGN) has been a hot stock as the company's breast cancer drug continues development. He was also bullish on Intuitive Surgical (ISRG) a stock where he said the shorts are losing the battle. IMGN ended Friday up 1.9% and ISRG rose 2.3%.

Cramer had positive things to say about AutoZone (AZO) and BioMarin Pharmaceutical (BMRN) , saying AutoZone continues to be a big winner while BioMarin is turning into the next big orphan drug maker. AZO was up 2% and BMRN was up 5.3%

Cramer was cautious, however, on Wendy's (WEN) as that stock hits a 52-week high. He was upbeat about Caterpillar (CAT) , saying that stock should be rallying more. Both WEN and CAT ended Friday trading flat.
