NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" on CNBC Thursday night:

ISIS Pharmaceuticals (ISIS) : "It's down a lot. It's speculative though, so you have to be willing to really get hammered if things don't go perfectly."

Chesapeake Energy (CHK) : "Do I want to own it, no. I've been buying Southwestern Energy (SWN) since I think natural gas is going higher in 2013."

American Capital Agency (AGNC) : "This one will be going down as MLPs and REITs are all worried about taxation. I say to stay the course."

Windstream (WIN) : "No. They did not execute. They didn't do a good job. I like CenturyLink (CTL) , along with Verizon (VZ) and AT&T (T) more."

Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (KMP) : "I think this one works. I think this one should be bought."
