So Many Top-Notch Holiday Meals to Give Thanks For

LAS VEGAS (TheStreet) -- TravelsinTastehas sought out talented chefs across the country who have designed Thanksgiving menus sure to satisfy every craving, from traditional turkey to unique autumn-inspired selections.

In New York, at The Breslin Bar & Dining Room, chef April Bloomfield will prepare dishes such as fairytale pumpkin fondue, roasted turkey and sweet potatoes with maple and mace. At Aldea, chef George Mendes is hosting an all-day, three-course feast showcasing his modern Iberian touch on holiday favorites, including Ashley Farms turkey with chorizo-brioche stuffing and his signature shrimp alhinho.

Benoit is offering a three-course menu with such specials as homemade foie gras terrine, fall fruit chutney and Parisienne brioche and traditional roasted Vermont farm-raised turkey with foie gras and chestnut stuffing. Recette executive chef Jesse Schenker and pastry chef Christina Lee created a four-course prix fixe menu with such delectable items as turkey roulade, confit leg, chestnut and cranberries and pumpkin custard, candied pecans and pepitas, cinnamon brown sugar ice cream and chocolate ganache.
