Facebook Said to Price IPO at $38 Per Share

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Facebook(FB) is reportedly set to price its IPO at $38, The Wall Street Journal said, citing sources.

Facebook would raise $18.4 billion from the offering, making it the second largest IPO in U.S. history, behind Visa(V) .

Facebook recently raised both the per-share price and size of its offering, in response to heavy demand for the stock.

The social networking giant is expected to finalize its pricing tonight after the close of trading. It will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "FB."
