ROCKFORD Jennifer Wood has been named a tax partner at Sikich LLP’s Rockford office.
Wood will serve as the firm’s director of international tax services. She has experience in utilizing tax-planning strategies for privately held businesses and their owners. She specializes in planning and consulting services, including mergers and acquisitions; tax credit identification; and international, multistate and local tax planning.
Wood, who received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
