Cramer's 6 Stocks in 60 Seconds: LNG VSI SWK BEAV NDAQ BP (Update 1)
(Updates from 10:53 a.m. ET with closing information.)
NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say on CNBC's "Squawk On The Street" Tuesday:
Cramer cautioned investors that while he likes Cheniere Energy (LNG) , the stock still remains speculative. He said that he's not a fan of Vitamin Shoppe (VSI) and prefers GNC (GNC) .
LNG closed Tuesday up 3.5% while VSI fell an unhealtthy 18.6%.Cramer told viewers to watch Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) for a read on the housing recovery. He's also a fan of B/E Aerospace (BEAV) on recent positive analyst comments. SWK rose 1.5% and BEAV was 1% higher.
Rounding out the group, Cramer noted that Nasdaq (NDAQ) has been a big winner and investors need to watch Halliburton (HAL) , Transocean (RIG) and particularly BP (BP) because all three companies are embroiled in lawsuits stemming from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
NDAQ ended Tuesday up 2% while BP was up 1%. HAL rose 1.6% but RIG was flat.To sign up for Jim Cramer's free Booyah! newsletter, with all of his latest articles and videos, please click here.
