NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- George W. Bush is "for" Mitt Romney.
The 43rd president uttered this endorsement of sorts on Tuesday morning through closing elevator doors, according to a report from ABC News.

The announcement comes more than a month after Bush's father, George H.W. Bush offered Romney a formal endorsement in Houston.
Romney is already recognized by most of the establishment Republican Party as the GOP's presumed presidential nominee.
