LAS VEGAS ( TheStreet) -- TravelsinTastehas sought out talented chefs across the country who have designed Thanksgiving menus sure to satisfy every craving, from traditional turkey to unique autumn-inspired selections.

In New York, at The Breslin Bar & Dining Room , chef April Bloomfield will prepare dishes such as fairytale pumpkin fondue, roasted turkey and sweet potatoes with maple and mace. At Aldea, chef George Mendes is hosting an all-day, three-course feast showcasing his modern Iberian touch on holiday favorites, including Ashley Farms turkey with chorizo-brioche stuffing and his signature shrimp alhinho.

Benoit is offering a three-course menu with such specials as homemade foie gras terrine, fall fruit chutney and Parisienne brioche and traditional roasted Vermont farm-raised turkey with foie gras and chestnut stuffing. Recette executive chef Jesse Schenker and pastry chef Christina Lee created a four-course prix fixe menu with such delectable items as turkey roulade, confit leg, chestnut and cranberries and pumpkin custard, candied pecans and pepitas, cinnamon brown sugar ice cream and chocolate ganache.

For the first time in its almost 83-year existence, the iconic "21" Club will be open for Thanksgiving! Executive chef John Greeley has put together a menu of classic fare including a foie gras terrine with port poached plums, star anise and mache followed by a chili-rubbed millbrook venison loin with baby Brussels sprouts, corn hominy and blackberry jus.

In Las Vegas, First Food & Bar at the Palazzo has its own version of a traditional American Thanksgiving feast in its Leftover-stuffed Thanksgiving Day Sandwich, available after 9 p.m. Until then one can enjoy roasted pumpkin corn bisque, a pilgrim dinner served family-style and a pie bar featuring pumpkin, apple and pecan pies.

Among the culinary superstars of MGM Resorts International, Sage at Aria has reinvented the hot fudge sundae for the holiday by replacing the usual vanilla with sweet potato ice cream and topping it with Sage caramel and malted milk foam. At Sensi, a traditional butternut squash soup appetizer will be served with a twist of ingredients such as soy caramelized kabocha, crispy bacon and smoked popcorn. Guests can satisfy their apple craving through a straw with the Enchanted Apple cocktail at Fleur by Hubert Keller : Absente absinthe, apple schnapps, apple puree, white cranberry juice and fresh sweet and sour. For a little boost of energy, guests may try a Cafe Azteque at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon : Absolut vanilla vodka, espresso, Tia Maria, Strega and Aztec chocolate bitters.

If you want traditional, but your companion wants a regular menu, relax. You'll both be happy at The Cosmpolitan of Las Vegas. Holstein's, home of the bamboozled shakes, will be serving its regular menu around Thanksgiving in addition to New England Turkey -- a turkey burger with cranberry relish, bread stuffing and giblet gravy, along with a pumpkin pie bamboozled shake of pumpkin ice cream, brown butter crumble, salted caramel and vanilla vodka. STK is also serving its regular menu in addition to organic traditional turkey -- confit dark meat with foie apple walnut stuffing and brown gravy. Or try Vegas' hippest buffet, Wicked Spoon , where the holiday items include slow-cooked Diestel Farms turkey served with giblet gravy and cranberry orange relish.
