ARM, Facebook, Apple: Tech Premarket

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- ARM(ARMH) was one of tech's losers in premarket trading on Friday as the chip specialist's shares tumbled 1.06% to $23.37.

Arch-rival Intel(INTC) announced that it has signed agreements with several touch panel manufacturers at the Computex show in Taipei on Thursday, according to media reports, as the chipmaker ramps up its Ultrabook strategy.

On Thursday, Bloomberg reported that HTC is being "shut out" of the forthcoming Microsoft's(MSFT) Windows 8 for mobile devices, Windows RT, which runs on ARM chips.

Shares of newly public Facebook(FB) rose 1.03% to $26.58. The social networking phenomenon was also one of the most active premarket Nasdaq stocks on share volume of 128,491.

Social gamer Zynga(ZNGA) mirrored its key partner, Facebook, rising 0.66% to $6.07 on share volume of 55,361.
