At rm seafood in Mandalay Bay, creator and executive chef Rick Moonen's massive tower shellfish sampler, "The Kitchen Sink," features two lobsters, 18 oysters, a dozen clams and a dozen shrimp, mussels, Dungeness crab and rm's escabeche. Andrew Zimmern and his crew feasted on several of the towers after shooting the 100th episode of Bizarre Foods in Las Vegas, part of the sixth season set to start airing in July. As he uncovered why Las Vegas is all about extremes, Zimmern visited the restaurant to explore seafood in the desert and celebrate Moonen's commitment to sustainability.
