NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- When it comes to Microsoft , Jim Cramer told Debra Borchardt at TheStreet.com Thursday he's not a big fan of the company but there's also nothing to hate about it.

Cramer said that while PC sales continue to decline, Microsoft still has a ton of cash as well as lots of potential with Skype and Xbox. That means he's not a seller of the stock, which has a good history of raising dividends and now sells at a multiple cheap than that of other high-quality dividend names.
