End Summer in a Private Villa in Santorini

A unique trip based on Aegean feeling and flavors awaits you at this exquisite sanctuary. The 400-meter villa includes private lounge pools, a spa, an open kitchen with wine and cigar bars, multiple suites and unparalleled views of the Caldera. Spa treatments can be provided inside the villa or at the spa gazebo, while services include your own personal concierge, airport escorts, afternoon cocktails and canapes, personal service attendants and business services for those who need to stay connected. If you want to go the extra mile you can have your own personal trainer, masseuse, security, and chauffeur. Yachting trips including a trip on the sparkling sea around the Caldera Basin, where you can swim in hot springs and visits to secluded bays can be arranged upon request. Alternatively, you can enjoy it all from above with a helicopter experience.

When you've built up an appetite, hotel chef Spyros Agious will take you on a culinary journey with his inspiring contemporary Mediterranean menu focusing on tasty yet healthy cuisine. His resume includes time spent at some of the world's best restaurants such as Maine's White Barn Inn, a Relais & Chateaux, AAA Five Diamond resort focused on New England cuisine; Michel Roux's La Gavroche in London, a Relaix & Chateaux Michelin two-star restaurant primarily focused on French cuisine; and Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's Resort, also in London, a Michelin-starred restaurant which concentrates on Modern Europe Cuisine. The beautiful Caldera view and the deep blue sea that surrounds the hotel provide the main sources of Agious' menu inspiration. Agious selects the finest raw materials based on local products and creates dishes that will satisfy even the most demanding palate. Greek-inspired menu items include traditional pie with Fava split beans from Santorini, red mullet with citrus, traditional Kritharoto pasta with shrimp, fresh lamb patty with Greek yogurt and the unique home-smoked octopus.

"The Villa takes Grace Santorini's renowned standards of luxury to new heights with levels of space and amenity that are unavailable anywhere else on the island," says Grace Hotels' CEO, Philippe Requin. "Meanwhile, we have added enhanced personal services that will make guests at The Villa feel truly special."

The best part? Since this is the Villa's inaugural year there are special introductory rates starting from approximately $2,440 going up to $5,977 per night depending on the season. Sit back and enjoy the tranquillity of the sanctuary before returning to the real world.
