This summer's homage to the Olympics begins at the Hyde Bellagio, which will celebrate the games with early evening screenings and medal-worthy Olympic-inspired libations. Cocktails include the Captain America, which blends Corzo Silver Tequila, Cocci Americano, Noilly Prat dry vermouth and tonic water to create blue and white layers complemented by a red Prickly Pear Cassis Air foam for an American flag-hued refreshment.
