Leading real estate agents from across the length and breadth of the Americas gathered at The Savoy Hotel in London Dec. 12 for the announcement of the winners of the hotly contested Americas Property Awards, held in association with Bloomberg Television and Google. Klemm Real Estate was the recepient of the Five-Star Award for Best Real Estate Agency, USA.
These awards, combined with the other regional awards programmes for Arabia, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific, form the globally renowned International Property Awards. Established 17 years ago, they are the world’s most prestigious property competition and cover residential as well as commercial categories, according to a release from Klemm.
Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 60 experts covering every aspect of the property business. “Attaining one of these coveted awards is evidence that Klemm is capable of excelling over some very strong contenders within the highly competitive Americas’ property arena,” the release said.
The highest scoring winners from the Americas Property Awards will now compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, Arabia and Europe to determine the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
