NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Steve Jobs? Jack Welch? Warren Buffett? Who's your business model for leadership?

We asked our Facebook followers today to name their model for business leadership and explain their choice. An overwhelming number said investing guru Warren Buffet, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A ) , with runner-up being Steve Jobs, the deceased CEO and co- founder of Apple (AAPL) .

Jennifer Hauff: I admire Steve Jobs and his drive for creation and innovation, but Warren Buffett definitely takes the cake. Not only is he unrealistically rich, but he doesn't have his head in the clouds when it comes to income inequality. He gives to charities, has saved countless businesses, and yes, he has definitely made money doing it. But even when his money is or isn't affected, he has held steadfast to the notion that all Americans need to contribute what they are able, and there shouldn't be arguments about 'fairness' when it comes to stepping up and being a citizens.
