Consumer Price Index for May Falls 0.3%

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- The Consumer Price Index for May fell 0.3% from April, the Labor Department said Thursday. The core number, excluding food and energy, rose 0.2%.
Economists expected CPI to fall by 0.2%.
